These areas hold some of Albuquerque's most valuable real estate properties.
The school district of this area hold the highest test scores and highest rated schools. There are also several private schools spread around the area including The Albuquerque Academy. This school provides an excellent education as well as much undeveloped land for walkers and joggers.

This area backs right into trails for the Sandia Mountains. The world's longest tram, Sandia Peak Tramway, has easy access and provides an evening out for views at sunset, and a formal dinner at the peak.
